That was just for the pump internals not the actual pump case and bearing. I'll double check the price if you like..

That 120psi was after 150 miles of driving!!! Not cold! On mineral oil too! Cold start idle is about 80 or so psi, hot... Can't remember lol.. all in all it seems very healthy, it just fails to level off at a sensible presure as the revs rise...

if you could get prices on internals
    housing
    and pulley

    ill love you forever

    and 120 PSI hot...nice
    lol

pressure should level off around 4000 RPM.

FWIW my car will run just over 40PSI at 3500 on the highway once the oil is fully heated.

I'll get the price when I pick up my bits form there, part no: 15100-88340 "oil pump assey"

As for changing teh pulley.... Why would you want to do that? New they will be silly money! They don't really wear out so if yours is somehow damaged, get a used one dude!

the other pulley next to it is bent

i ended up getting one off a 3sfe and modifying the oil pump shaft to get the fucker to fit.

i couldnt find a spare when i was looking. and i looked hard...i think :S

Goes hand in hand with that fucked harmonic balancer of yours.

worked out the harmonic balancer tho

when the front wheels are off the ground (car on chassis stands etc) the front sway bar pivots up, and where the harmonic balancer had worn away is where the sway bar hits.

so it must just do the same on road every now and then, and over the 10 years the motor had been in bad things have happened.

when i get around to it im gonna look at getting a different front swaybar made up.

surprised u remember that bloody thing, id forgotten haha

A harmonic balancer that badly out of whack, on a 1g, is not only hard to forget, it's a ticking timebomb.

    all balanced now tho

just need to get the full tune, she gets a lil rough from 6500 to 7000 (where the limiter is at the moment)
thinking its just a spark issue, not running enough advance etc. too much boost retard...

need to fix the slipping clutch first...did you ever have issues with your clutch slipping strad? you were making alot more power than i am, but mine slips in 3rd 4th and 5th when it comes on boost (gheygheyghey)
    was yours a standard clutch?

mines apparently 33% uprated pressure plate, and still slipping. and clutch seemed good when it went back in :S
