Skiddz... we can stop in WW beauy to make sure we are all together... but it will be closed being a Sunday (WW in teh sticks = teh mega p00) so everyone should keep that in mind as we cant pick up "supplies" from there like last time![]()
are we gonna stop at woolies in beauy again? cos id rather drive there than up to brown stains, then back down, and are there many decent corners in this run?

*looks puzzled at diff centre*
Byrnzie says " Hmmmm the tailshaft won't bolt into the diff centre..."
In which Lilcrash replies "Well is it a T series or a D series diff?"
Byrnzie says "Awww come on!"
Stupid D series diff....
The moral of the story is I learnt a valuable lesson. Always check the ta22 your removing the diff from. I already knew that. Was just excited to get my car going again
Anyone got a T series diff thats taking up room and would like to help me out?![]()

Byrnzie also learnt a lesson today.....
D Series and T series diff flanges (where tailshaft bolts up) are INTERCHANGEABLE!! As dad and I so figured out before byrnzie had arrived this morning![]()
Guess you have no excuses to not come on this cruise now, you owe me!(or at least my dad....

i have a spare ta22 t series diff, but i wanna keep it for when i chew up the d series
oh i have a suggestion/question can we go home via woodenbong and go mtlindsay highway?
Out of interest. The flange of a T series. Are the holes evenly spaced in a square pattern or rectangular?
We honestly don't know if it is a T series or a D series diff...
Has a number stamped on it 13. Whats this number?

check your build/spec plate, it will say ##T 082D if its d series the d are a rectangle not sure of spaceing but the plate is 65x80mm
The tailshaft in mine has been replaced at some point and the donor car that the diff originated from had no plate.
If it is true that the plate is infact a rectangular shape then the diff I currently have is infact a T series....which gives me more comfort then if it was a d series.
Cheers Skiddz![]()
