a few of us went there last year (me, scott, groper, wilbo & adam). We drove to Beaudesert then onto Boonah before heading down the road you've marked - is a lot more interesting than the highway.

You can make it even more interesting by heading to Moogoorah dam after Boonah, swing around towards Mt Alford then back onto your route.

We came back via Warwick making it fairly long (but worthwhile) drive home.

Sounds like the go might be coming back via Lake Moogerah then....
But maybe not Warwick, as I dont wanna make this one too long a drive

As for a meeting point, if we go via Beaudesert then we'll do the Browns Plains thing again.. except I'll make it hungry jacks instead of maccas this time I forgot how small maccas was when i organised it last time, hungry's has a bigger carpark and carparks next to it for the other shops.

I should be able to make it - I'm back in the country and I wasn't expecting to be.
It'll be in the Fraser though, if that's okay.
The weather will also have to be good, 'cause I don't have a roof, windscreen, doors and all that kinda stuff.

    Welcome aboard, Bill!

I am also hoping it doesnt rain, it did on our last cruise but it wasnt enough to dampen our spirits, and once we got out past Beauy it cleared up anyway But yeah the numbers are starting to look really good now, hopefully not too many people pike out on the day

I should still be up for it, albeit with the 18RG in my beast. It will be the poor old 18R.

Just won't have time to build the twin cam properly.

Hmmm Celica cruise you say? I might have to bring the Orange Eyesore along and do keybangers up the mountain.

    Hi Silly Car Chick,
I am interested in this cruise. Is it open to everyone with a classic celica or do you have to be a member of a club.

    Cheers,
    Wheel Rim

    Hey,
Its open for anyone who wants to come! The main focus is classic celicas, but you dont have to have a celica to come along. Its all just about having fun

    Hey norbie,

last time i tried a keybanger was in a friends XA falcon, I think I left it a little long before kicking it again as I blew the biggest freaking hole in his exhaust!!!!! That cost me a few $$$..

My keybangers are involuntary; I blame it on dizzy flex.

Also it's half-destroyed one of the mufflers so now the car has an extra rattle. I reckon one more good one and it will be blown to bits!
