Coffin the boom gate is on the freeway side just before you take that big circle road to get onto the northern freeway. Just veer left while on that road and the boom gate is there!

Damo was thinking about these light poles and if there are 4 of them we could just put them in the middle in one row and if Coff puts his car on the top right corner aganist the wall we cans use the banner and tie it between 2 of the middle poles up nice and high so everyone sees it!!

tristan, most likely by the time you get there, majority of us will be there.
rock up the the back entrance and collect your entry passes, and they will tell you where to go from there..

well i was able to make it there by 3 but now i have to go see a doctor at 3:30 so ill be there closer to 4 now, its forkin sucks. how much moneys do we have to bring?

yeah man.. the lighting guys actually suggested that set up also - so could be on a winner there. I better give them a call and make sure they are still coming today.

Tristan/everyone - RE: fancy lighting, I'll probably look at collecting $80 from everyone which includes hiring the extra power point.
other stuff like DJ John's entry, the floor covering and gaffa tape etc etc I'll pay out of my own pocket for now. At least if I get that $80 off people it will cover the major expense.

My car is clean and polished and hoping for no rain on the trip there!..
only a few hours to go.. See you people there

Righto... right on cue Ryan from ExtremeAV just called me. They are loading up some gear as we speak. They will be there early also to give enought time to set up and program the lights etc etc.
Also, they requested that I get the money to them asap as they are sub-hiring some of the gear for our setup. So if most people have cash today they would be greatful.


Wayno... spec board look the goods. almost looks like they are framed or somethin. the border works well.
I think I need something to stand mine up tho. otherwise I can see it falling down several times over the weekend and scratching the side of my 20 yr old paint job
I might sort me out with some sort of stand tonight before the show tomorrow.

AutoSalon is open to the public from 10am to 6pm Saturday and Sunday... maybe a bit later on Saturday?.. I can't remember. But those are the main hours anyway...
