OST display @ AutoSalon 2007

Had a great time, soz i didnt hang around the OST krew too much the whle time , was so much to see !

Yeah as I said great display, just out of interest- did anyone els notice the pink silvia s14 on the dyno that got good results? I could've sworn I saw a toyota cam cover on the engine..... call me stupid if I'm saying somthing obvious and dumb... sorry i'm still a n00b.

And special mention to Neil who came 4th overall in his category for the Sound Off competition (not a bad effort considering the amount of cars entered).

the only thing that caught my eye was Matty's crown.. geez what a piece of work that was oh erm yea loved the spearmint soarer (john) the damage wasn't as bad and the car was facing the wall so it wasn't really noticable at first .. damo - the WA TRD 83 looks the goods i like how u've kept the body as original as possible..

from the pics ive seen c-red had a grey s14 with pink engine bay etc with a 1jz in it.

also i hear there was a black 180sx with a 2jz in it.

Yes and yes. HIPSI, the black 180 had a 2J... won an award for it too. Looked awesome. Seems to be a trend now puttin yoda motors in nissans... with good results.

yes... the S14 had a VVTi 1JZ in it with two Garrett GT3040R's strapped to the side of it. it did 511rwhp on the dyno but thats coz the fuel system couldnt support the big arse turbos. id be expecting to see that thing pop 6-700 shortly once the injectors are upgraded i reckon..

the 180SX i think youre talking about was the Cypher Industries one... 2J with a big single HKS T51R on it.. quite nice actually..

Also C-Red's Chaser was nice *drools* but whoever paints their car pink in any form should b shot.

Think i had Damos camera at the time. the chaser was not as bad as that z3.... YUCK. u wood have to like bums to drive a car like that.

C-red have started using 1J VVTi's and 2J's...in a few nissan's now..i took an order yesterday at the show for one of my Aristo cuts i have coming down,
the other Aristo engine i have coming down is for that black 180sx,unfortunatly just before the show a bolt ended up in the engine,and we all know the outcome of that...new engine time!
pitty though would have been nice to see it run...

unfortunately that was the best we could do with the OST banners at the time. The posts for the lighting were too far apart for us to run the banners between
plus we were also worried they would hang too low
Never mind - things to consider for next year.

no, I was refering to OST Neil Jeary and his 88 Cordia.

Yeah, my paint work on the Supra came up alright with a bit of a polish.
secret to good paint is keeping it clean, and keeping it garaged.
and also getting yourself a low km import!

why would you want a led exhaust tip? Bit gay if you ask me... and def wont suit the OST cars.... the celica has twin 3 pipe exhausts..... I creamed.
