I might be able to get a laptop with Powerpoint and a projector borrowed from work.
I know we got it to do boardroom presentations and stuff.. but no one would be using it over the weekend..

We could even project it onto a Convention Centre wall or something.. depending on where we are actually going to set up.. won't know until the AutoSalon crew show us the floor plan

Damo perhaps we should ask if we can be put next to a wall in the middle somewhere then? However saying that you may get your spot in one long line which is not cool in my opinion a sqaures floorplan like we had last year would be better I think! Shall speak to the power of wisdom closer to the date for everyone thou!

i have an old p4 laptop i use purely for the Toyota EPC running windows 2000 that we can use for that purpose. projector i can also get but im just concerned about brightness / ansi lumens crap. the downlights in the centre are pretty damn strong and also the wall is not a very sharp clarity either.. done it before. we would need to perhaps get our hands on a mobile projector screen for best clarity. we may also need a stronger projector than just the shitty BenQ one i can dig up. i can put together a presentation slideshow quite easily for us to run but that opens the window to things we need in advance.

the key one being.. professional shots of our rides. Thus, i suggest we have a small / mini-cruise slash meetup a week or two preferrably before autosalon where deano can photograph our rides and we'll photoshop them a little (i.e. red sky effects..etc..etc.) and insert them into the presentation prior. ill take ownership of that task if we end up doing that.. we just need decent shots done thats all. so damo, choose a location, and lets set a pre-autosalon photoshoot cruise.

will have to get onto it soon, before it starts raining every weekend.

Shame Laurens car isn't going anywhere.. Nor is chris's car yet...

and if worse comes to worse.. we can just head to a undercover carpark somewhere to get some pics..

I'm sure people also have pics of their own cars that they could contribute aswell. Wayno has a whole website dedicated to his car for example.. so I doubt we'll need any more pics

Actually Damo by the time Autosalon runs into town my exterior will be practically all new and no pics will exist anywhere except on my phone! Other then that I have thousand yes! But yeah perhaps try for 1st weekend in July? Hmm see how we go... its not the end of the world if we cant get it done!

Would be nice to have a poster size of pictures and current mods of our cars anyway. Ill dig that one I had last year out of the shed and post it up!

Where can we get access to a board from thou and who is transporting it? Otherwise yeah great idea for a workshop theme, just post up random in-progress pics, Ive got plenty of those!

you could roll the work in progress pics and photos across the projector/plasma though... wouldnt neccessarily have to be on a pinboard as such (even though it would suit an oldschool theme)

yeah dean.. but that was extreme photography.. I was hanging out one side of your camry door.. with another hand hanging on for dear life.. So in reality, the shots came out pretty good! LoL

Yeah - I like the idea of past and work in progress pics..
also a few other nice rides, some pics from motorvation or something, to give an idea of some of the old skool cars that didn't enter..

I'll be happy to rip some skids with Matty and get some pics.. would catch a few people's attention..
