    Default factory 1jz head gasket thickness

    The used one I have is the following...

    Layer 1: 0.15mm (bottom of head)
    Layer 2: 0.55mm
    Layer 3: 0.05mm
    Layer 4: 0.15mm (top of block)
    (total = 0.9mm)

    Holding it together with the verniers as tight as I can I get ~1.2mm.

    I'm not 100% sure what the installed thickness is.

    i made it 1.2mm also

    thats pinched with vice grips and puting a mic on it alongside
    a fool remains undescovered untill he speaks!
