I dare say that you have completely fucked your motor with it overheating 11ty billion times between Melb and Geelong.
The reason it won't start is because of lack of compression (not lack of spark). For the most part, the lack of compression will be due to a blown head gasket, but the overheating will have caused all sorts of other probs (cracked rings, out of round bores, etc).
If you replace the head gasket (and head - it'll be bent like a banana), there is a good chance this will be a gutless smokey piece of shit motor.
Replace the motor - it's actually an easier solution.
