I haven't heard of it being done before.
Basically the same as any engine conversion.
Take out old engine.
Plonk in new one. See where you want to mount it, what fouls etc. Determine engine mounts and gearbox mounts.
You will need an EFI fuel pump so if your car isn't EFI probably best to go surge tank setup.
Brakes will need to be upgraded. Don't know if the xt130 shocks with pug and hilux bits fit on your model?
Diff will probably break. Find out what model it is and see what other people have done with them. Probably Hilux diff conversion though.
Depends on how much power you are aiming for. Stock 13bt (with no torquej/k) probably wouldn't be that hard on the diff but if you are looking at turbo upgrades etc. then probably best to go for a Hilux diff or cut down 9".
