remove the "pager alarm"...
my guess is u're not sure if there's some sort of am immobiliser?
I have a 95 model supra NA. Bought it as a wreck(was in a pretty bad front end crash), its all been fixed now but it just wont start.
The engine turns over quite easily, it definately gets spark as spraying something combustable into the throttle body will make the car run for a few seconds.
fuel pump works and fuel reaches the rail (was fun testing that out),
took the injectors out and put 12v through them to see if they are opening which they are, fuel was going through quite easily,
plugged and LED into the injector plugs (as I dont have a cro) and the LED lights up so they should be opening.
Since its a 95 model guessing it doesnt come with an AFM as i dont have the oringal air box, form what i gather 96> are AFM.
I tried diagnostics but it does not seem to work, but that could be my dash as the connectors are a bit dodgy.
Also the car has one of those 'pager alarms' which i still havent figured out :S but still couldnt get it going after playing around with it for a while.
I've been told that u can power the fuel pump through the diagnostics since it may only prime and not continually give pressure?
anything else I could check?

yep get rid of the alarm/immobiliser, it most likely wired to your ignition.
