Ok dudes, application form should be back up again.

Just had some very encouraging news from potential sponsors which would let us take the event to a whole new level.
It's gonna be sick!

As far as transportation goes for those who don't want to drive their cars there - you can hire car trailers from BP servos and the like for pretty reasonable prices.
In any case, try to make it happen - it will definately be worthwhile!
