being a higher temp pad they may well squeal...
one other thing is that it's mentioned in the braking handbook that for the best results new discs should be bedded in first with already used pads using the same bedding in process and then the new pads bedded in on the discs. This is because the brake friction occours from the transfer of the friction material from one surface to the other and back again. Think of the brake material like a sticky goo that gets transfered between the surface of the pad and the disc (but with a much higher viscosity and a much thinner film).
I'm not too sure as to how much this will affect the performance or longevity of the pads and probably involves a lot of arsing around![]()
