    i also experienced this hard feel of the brake pedal after I upgraded my master cylinder to ST205 1" item. I think the booster cant cope with it, but I'm happy to build my leg up to "Arnie" spec anyways, but yeah its rock hard and has very little movement

    a) std ra23 booster and master

    B) Hilux drums rear

    C) Corona 2spots front.

    I might replace the booster one day
