Shit Im unfit but Id love to give it a go.

Got me a cheap ass bike for Christmas. When I started putting it together I read a sticker on the frame. NOT FOR OFF ROAD USE HAHAHA. Think I might wear my motorbike helmet when Im riding it hard. Mouth full of dirt doesnt sound fun.

Studley park is pretty good. Lots of stuff along the edge of the Yarra (some bits are cliff on one side, narrow track then scary drop-off into the river on the other) and plenty of bits to choose from. It's been a while since I've seriously ridden it so I've forgotten exactly how it goes.

Neo, unfitness wont be an issue. I'll probably be riding something with only a big chainring and a seat way too low to be useful. And those stickers on bikes are just a lawyer, arse saving device. Though if its the sort you have to put together yourself I'd be a little worried about the quality.

So tomorrow night, 6pm sounds good. I'll post a map of where to meet once I've ripped one off from melways.com

OK, let's meet at the carpark above Dight's falls (off Trenery cres). It's in the centre of the map below. Melways 44 F3 apparently.

When: 6pm tomorrow (Friday 29 Dec)
Bring: Bike, some water and clothes to suit the weather. And beer for afterwards.

I expect that we wont be doing anything super strenuous and we will always be close to civilisation so fitness wont be an issue. If anyone has any problems or is running late, give me a call on 0407 751 531.

Although it has already been mentioned above, may we all say a big friendly hello to Viper "Trailblaz0rz" Nipplex ( or maybe Viper "Puffing Billy" Nipplex) and Strad-wall-of-death-later.

I'm glad to hear it sounds as if you made it to work alright this morning Viper.

So when are we going biking again? And what happened to all the pansies who were only going to come and drink beer? No-one came through with even that.

Man so you're some of the nuts riding around dights are you? I sounds like fun. I'm not sure about fitness, but I am sure I've no bike to ride, otherwise I'd be up for it next time. Though I can surely drink beer.

As a point of reference, I'm often one of those nuts trying to not drown himself in the white water rapids coming off dights falls. Kayaking - It's like one giant bloody sit up for 4 hours or so. Shame I'm not very good. But thats practice I guess. I'll keep an eye out for you lot next time heheheh
