Bar to Cable For RA23

Howdy,
Dont know if any ones already covered this i searched but could not find. So here goes please excuse the dodgeyness

I still need to tidy it up a bit so the parts you will need are as follows:
1> Pedal you can use your orig. one.
2> KE30 Corolla pedal arm - Have to massage a bit but will bolt up to standard holes.
3>RT/ST corona cable (sorry cant remember which one)- Too long but does the job.
4>A Bracket for the throttle adj. - I made my own
5>Carbie Linkage - I got mine of the old KE30 carbie but not sure if it was orig. one.

First thing to do is mount the pedal arm and drill holes for bolts to hold cable thru fire wall (RE: Pics 1 & 2)

Then make a bracket for the bar to run thru and cut down the orig bar setup and put a linkage over bar and its time to workout the rotation for the throttle, mount the bar bracket to bar to hold steady and then have a play working out where to have the linkage for fullon fulloff throttle is and run it around the strut top (RE: Pic 3) mount it to the mounting bracket off strut top to work out how much the cable pulls RE: Pics (5) so its placed right to get full throttle but not to much so it stays on once you have these 2 synchronised you can tack the linkage into place and remove to weld properly i also filed 2 sides flat on bar so i could use a split pin and washers to keep it tight (RE: Pic 4)
Replace and connect everything back together heres the not so fun part you now have to get down in the footwell and bend/massage (i used vice grips) the pedal arm for allon and alloff throttle once this is done thats it only took me 1/2 a day to do this and it works perfectly.
