New member activated but all private?

We can't get into Katie's Hotmail email, so have to run with the new [email protected] one.. But no confirmation one has gone there yet.

Tried logging in then but everything still marked as private.

hotmail likes to put certain emails into its suspected spam section...especially confirmation emails...
have a look in the junk email folder in hotmail and see if it went into that folder, i have had a few confirmation emails go there when it was sent to hotmail accounts.

ROFL, the spam filter obviously works well, or do you really have 1191 legitimate emails in your inbox?

i'm just lazy and don't clean out my mailbox
my work opne has 2300 odd unread emails in it
and i work on helpdesk and tell others to clean out their mailboxes but don't myself. tut tut to me

Somehow there had been 2 accounts created for this person.
I just deleted them Both and recreated one. now it's all fine
