    Nice work Steve!..Looks like its coming along nicely.
    So the idea is to put the motor and auto in, get it running and then start the conversion?

    RT104GT,

    Thanks for the pic, turns out they're different to my wheels. Come to think of it, I don't think they are camry wheels because the offset appears to be wrong ( the front wheels sit too far in and rub against the plastic splash shields).

    I've actually put them up in the classifieds, but it would be nice to know their origin.

    Pics dropped project dropped car for sale in refurbished condition with original 4 speed. auto.

    Put engine and auo back in drives like a dream so moving on. Can buy a later manual Camry wreck cheap ($1500) so selling this one to finance.
    Mick's price went to $1500 for the manual conversion not worth it.
