3SGTE is better because it has 25% more capacity, but apart from that they're very similar engines. 4AGZEs have forged pistons also, & take a fair amount of boost standard, and a 3SGTE is going to be a shitload harder to install, considering the 4AGZE bolts straight in.
By all means, stick a 3SGTE in it, the extra capacity will be great, but only if you don't mind the extra money & effort it will take to put it in. For that some money & effort you could get more power out of the 4AGZE, they've been known to make over 200kW at the wheels owith just bolt ons.
