I believe he meant the stock 2TG EFI setup, which is as archaic as carbs are these daysOriginally Posted by millsi

Problem solved...
Seriously though, a warmish 2T-G would mate nicely with a pair of Solexes or Webers, or even Mikunis if you want. All would be reasonably similar, bar the cost. Webers will cost the most im guessing, while Solexes will be a bit cheaper. All of them come in reasonably expensive in the end. Im not keen on Mikunis, especially after being stuck out in the middle of nowhere after a Mikuni developed a crack in the fuel bowl and started leaking. Took NRMA 5hrs to get to us :S

Hi,
I like the thing with the pretty blue funnels. Would look cool with light bulbs in there, hanging over my worskshop bench.![]()

I've had a think about it and I'm gonna write up a short piece on the Mikunis & Webers in the next week or so. Traps for young players and so on ...
I'll just say hi.
Hi!
I'll leave the debut running and see how many circles around the subject we do. One lap so far.

and it will keep going round!!
not really worried too much about performance, otherwise i would have left it another year and bought 3sgte + 10g and id be set.
Hehee, I would love to go injection, but ive spent too much on this thing, and its now a daily driver. I can take it off the road, cos ive noticed a half hour job=(whilst explaining it to my better half) takes 2 days=(realistically). So my weekend EFI conversion may take months. Hehee.
Does anyone know a shop around western sydney that works on these carbies?? Or is just good with carbies?? I just want a tune up.
Thanks
Blake
