    Default Quick question about driveshafts

I'm guessing this is a fairly universal question, but if not, I'm working with a right hand side driveshaft on an MA61. All I'm trying to do is bolt it back on, but I'm not really sure which way it goes.

There is a difference between the two ends, one of them has a shockish feel to it and can be pushed in about 5cm, the other end is solid. I'm guessing the shock end is the outer end?

    Cheers.

outer ends can be compressed - see here (and bookmark it for future reference) for more info.

Awesome, thanks. I'd had a look in the TSRM before but obviously I didn't find the info I was looking for
