Good luck buying them cheap, the aus distributor holds the price fairly high and to be honest for the extra $$$ involved i would prefer to put in a set of Koni's.

Ben you could try these guys (ebay store in the US), I got mine through them a while back and by the looks of the receipt I dug up they cost me $244 US posted. At the time I think the conversion was pretty good for me, dunno if its that good now. But in Australia expect anywhere from $600 up IIRC.

I got the SW20 MR2 rears..... the struts have been in the blue 22 since not long after I bought it, the package made a huge difference to handling and braking

ive bought some rebuild kits for my hilux calipers, but the seals are all the same size instead of suiting the different piston sizes, what is the specifics of this, what should i ask for, i checked on the pbr website and it says

k1822s for both rn and ln106, both list only one piston, what model came with the twin pistons?

ha ha ha i just happen to have the re build kit packet in front of me, i have the different sized piston caliper and the protex part number is k1054s.

i had the same problem so i rang ABS and gave then half a caliper and they matched it up for me, have since kitted the calipers and was all good.

My calipers with different sized pistons came from from the front of a live axle 60 series Landcruiser if that helps.

    Hi,

you have the newer one that takes the vented disc. should be an s13w if my memory serves me correct. Pads should be littered thoughout here.

They look like the S12W, which are from the LN106 & Hilux Surf (which is where my ones came from)
But there will be a stamping on the casting which will confirm the model.

    LN106, same as R32 GTR and R33GTST.
    no filing required.

Depends on the pads you run, the DS2500s i tried would have needed to be filed.
