im assuming all your trying to do is setup a bypass like the stock 4agze ABV ? you can just buy these valves and they are vacum actuated and hold various pressures . these recirculate a given volume around the supercharger so the motor operates correctly off boost and at idle. without it the motor runs lumpy as sh!t as it pulses air from the supercharger lobes opening/closing their air gap as it does its job.

i have a modified 4agze myself and i do not run the ABV and it does idle like crap. maybe has something to do with also trying to run it on stock AFM ecu with hks cams/exhaust/sc14/larger throttle body ? haha


edit: the downfall of the toyota stock recirc valve is that its too weak and a little more than stock boost can push it open which will stop your setup from boosting any higher, so most people (including me) just block it off or plate it.
