Hehehe you could run my brake rotors!
Have you tried the Mini car clubs etc, im sure they will know a plce that brings them in etc.
Hey all,
hopefully someone out there would have a source for what i am looking for. I want to get some new tyres for my jelly beans, and at the moment am finding it extremely hard finding anything to my liking.
at the moment ive got 235/50/R13 on the rear, and would like to get the same again. I dont mind going down to 225's, so a 225/60/R13 would be perfect as well. All the major brands have ceized production of any 13inch tyres wider than 205mm.
so yea pretty much what im asking is, "does anyone know where i would be able to get a set (2) of the above specified tyres?"
doesnt matter if its outside of Queensland, as i can always get them delivered up here.
thanx all in advance
Izmir

didnt think of that. will give it a shot. i was told up here that there is a place in Melbourne i think, its apparently called Antique Tyres, and the dude that works there can get all kinds of old school tyres for anything and everything
any of the vic members know of this place, i tried the whitepages online, but it wasnt listed
Hmmm didnt think it was that hard but just spent 10 min searching aroud and didnt come up with anything.
Just ring around to various tyre shops someone will have something or be able to put you onto someone who can help you out.

Shit! Thats a massive tyre size for a 13". Biggest 13" tyre I've seen is a 205.

have you tried that SIME tyres warehouse place?
oh damn i can't remember what's the name of the shop but i know it's in dandenong somewhere.. they had these weird sizes (in Victoria) just after that four star car dealer, u turn in from princes highway.. straight down over some train tracks and should be on your left.. big red building... grrrr my lousy memory..
else TTF is pretty good with hard to find tyres.. have u tried asking them?

Research has shown child in front seat causes accidents, accident in back seat causes child
How wide are your rims? you'd want 13x7 on there to be putting 235s!

minis usually go for 10" rims tho, with some going for larger, but not common....
road legal race tyres might be the last option (ie avon etc)

just got off the phone with Yokohama, unfortunately they dont make anything wider in than 215 in a 13inch![]()
rang a mate and he told me these guys have road legal{i think, you will have to check} in that size, so next step is to find someone that imports them or you can import them if you really want them.

Hi,
I'll be after 13-inch tyres soon for the original GT wheels I got for the car. But I am having a hard time to find 13inch tyres with the ghey white writing on them..... cos I like this ghey white writing and it saves me from having to paint it on myself.
