theres some of my old old ones, i rebuilt the car and tuned it and it whent alot better but never had it bak on dyno the top end was fantastic, from 6500 to 8000 was its fav.

An aftermarket ECU will let you tune some of it out but in the end it will come down to the fact that you will need more air in the higher rpm range to give you the top end you are chasing !!

Bigger SC or mabe time for a turbo

In saying that cams could also yeild some good results by enabling
the extra air flow up top!

never had any problem with my gze after 5000rpm. felt good to me til 7500rpm.

heehhe, and plus its gte now?

I will eventually go turbo i think, but i think there is an issue, as yesterday, it went harder than normal after 5k. its almost like it runs on 3cyl after 5k most of the time

as yours is a stock setup Koffee you have to change things like exhaust,cams,intercooler,pulley and computer to get it going.

The think I found with working on mine is that everything on the ZE inlet seems to be balanced. There is no one point of real restriction. I should have gone to a bigger intercooler and piping while I was at it to get any decent top end power out of it...

King, mine has Headers, cat back, and Pulley. Im going to do teh rest of teh exhaust with a metal cat, cams and a haltech.

the fmic on myne made the biggest differance as it was the last thing i did, i installed a microtech in it first then got pulley made up but when i installed the fmic wow it made the biggest differance.
fuk the top mount off.

The stock cooler isnt the best, thats part of the reason a stock setup feels flat after 5000, it still making power but its not the same as the 3000-5000 feeling to the seat of the pants!

damn, i cant really front mount the bastard on an aw11! Ive been looking for those ARC Replacment coolers, hard to find tho.

Do a nice water to air unit, that way it will last you for the life of the car, ie support a turbo conversion.
