hey, i dont suppose anyone has any slicks/ semi slicks to fit a bluebird? 4 stud pattern same as sprinter.. trying to organise a set so i can run the bluebird.. if it gets traction it should be good for a low 12 or 11.. if not, then prob a very smokey 13..

but this is only a guess, its never been down the strip before..

    no it doesn't...

just have to check the weather closer to the day and hope it improves.

maybe it will dry up by the evening..
    *fingers crossed*

if it definately gets rained out - we'll just have to push it back a week..

    Ignore my previous post..
looking outside and looking at the weather forcast.. its fine skies ahead..

so that means everyone should be prepared to race this Wednesday!

I'll book a drag lane under "OLD SKOOL TOYS" ... just mention the club name when you are getting scruitineered and we should all end up in the same lane!

    WooT!

looking forward to it (even tho my car is still in bits atm!)

and here i was thinking your car was dead and buried

well, ive turned the GFB boost controller out about 4-5 turns, and its netted me 9 - 9.5.

im guessing tonight, that figure will jump up to 10-11.

which means ive got some adjustment to go, but ill be buying a bottle of octane booster, because my timings in limbo as far as i know, ive never checked it.

hopefully my intersuckycooler piping will hold up, so far max ive has is 11, and its held up.

new cooler to be picked up, and 2.5 inch stainless polished piping coming in the next few weeks.

thats if i dont secure the car i want, for the price i want... if i do, its the end of turbo headaches.

I think I can make it wednesday.

Had to do a clutch slave today after it started losing fluid friday. Engine shakes badly when it's cold but runs fine when it's driven or fully warmed up.

Front suspension going on tomorrow if all goes well. Rims will be on there too if money allows.

    It better not rain.
