Would it be worth sleeving the bolt holes with steel to prevent wear? (not that there ahould be any movement)

in the swaybars? on my k-mac one, the holes were oversized, but the bushes (polyurethane but SOFT..) had a recess to half go into the hole on each side...
cos of the movement of the LCA's, there neds to be some twist there... afaik, the bolts never touched the sides...

as oldcorollas said there does need to be twist and bending capabilities... as much as we would all love to have an extremely tight suspension and driveline, you will always have to allow for movent, twisting, bending and some metal expansion... thats why you never have everything extremely tight fit and require bushes and what not

you just need to find the right amount of stiffness/tightness incorporated with flexability of moving components

    cheers

I was only thinking of wear of the steel bolts on the aluminium.

I agree some flex is ok but in this location it is normally hard fixed anyway.
