well my bank account is........................... empty so the RCAs are now going to have to wait... i went and bought brand new KMAC camber/castor tops at $380 for the pair and sent me bankrupt for a bit... well the KMAC stuff as well as the full suspension sandblast and powdercoating did... BUT DAMN it looks freaking hot... here is a pic of them

as oldcorollas said there does need to be twist and bending capabilities... as much as we would all love to have an extremely tight suspension and driveline, you will always have to allow for movent, twisting, bending and some metal expansion... thats why you never have everything extremely tight fit and require bushes and what not
you just need to find the right amount of stiffness/tightness incorporated with flexability of moving components

I was only thinking of wear of the steel bolts on the aluminium.
I agree some flex is ok but in this location it is normally hard fixed anyway.
