Sorry to dig this up, but is there any possibility we could have some (most) of the entries in the abbreviation thread (link below) to the search list? I have been trying to find some info on CAS for a 3sgte, but it keeps rejecting CAS cos it is too short, and no one typs crank angle sensor out in full?

If needed I can sort out the decent ones and put them in a comma delimeted list or something to make upload easier?

seriously, cant we just ditch the minimum-size thing altogether?

fair enough you want ppl to not write "lol" or "" as the only thing on a reply.. but if ppl did that too much, u can just kickban them or something. the community here is so unforgiving it wont go unnoticed...

same thing goes with searches. there are reasons of course for the short-word exclusion.. but perhaps have a quick override.. whereby when a search fails to return pages of results, there will be an option to re-send the search with short words added.

far out i have been looking for this thread for over a week.
I am trying to hunt down a thread that had a bucket load of information about using gas but nothing came up in the search. I know it exists, as i have read through it, but i can't find it now, or who wrote it or what it was called.

    hopeful search words:
    GAS
    LPG

Search attempt today came up with 'c52' & 'oil' as too short, so got a lot of results for 'gearbox'.

Can we get them added, and associated words if they're not, ie 'c56'.

(And if anyone can let me know the recommended weight for gearbox oil for the c52 a pm would be much appreciated. )
