Norbie, interestingly (ex) mine put down 222rwkw on 13 psi and 12:1 AFR (at the top). Started off with 11.6:1 at 120km/h (180rwkw), and leaned out to 12:1 at 145km/h. This was with 3" exhaust, hybrid style cooler, and everything else basically factory. I've gotta dig out the dyno graph before the cooler.. 185rwkw and insanely rich.

By the way, this apparently was the last series of the JZS147 Aristo, with twin front airbags. The turbos had no marking on them. The MAP sensor tops out at 17.5 PSI (measured) - no idea on boost cut value.

That certainly is interesting. Perhaps the very rich AFR's happen when you crank the boost right up, and the ECU goes into panic mode and dumps in as much fuel as possible?

I have a sneaking suspicion that this years bump spot will be a lot slower than last years

You need a car licence (although I think it can be suspended)

They aren't up yet but will be as soon as the rules are finalised.

Yeah, it must be something like that. With no cooler it was richer than 10:1 (limit of graph). So there'd be a few things that would determine panic mode.

BTW guys, please try to limit the responses to things relating to 2JZ-GTEs.
