Chris neal at Wheel Revolution in QLD can do that, he can do all sorts of rim modification and repair.
I have been talking to a mate who wants to get some rims redrilled from 4x100 to 4x110 but doesnt want the old holes to be visable any way to get this done?

so these guys can also fill the old holes casue they normaly redill tham 90 dgrees around from the old stud patten
yep, that's what I confirmed above.
Here's a rim he modified the PCD on, the owner didn't want all the holes filled in this one...

You'll have to make sure that if your changing from 5 to 4 stud or vice versa that the wheels can actually be drilled to suit that stud pattern as alot of wheels cant as the hub mounting surface contains recessed bits. They will only be able to be drilled provididing these recessed bits don't line up with the intended bolt holes.
