AE82 4age electrical problem help

after a short at the EFI relay there is problems with the electrical system
its a AE82, 4age, 86kw car
fuel pump no power,
no charge, no fans,no voltage at main engine 10A fuse, no volts at charge fuse.
it i bypass efi relay and get pump to work car will start and run, cold start injector stays on.
but there is no charge, (battery dies), no volts on charge fues, no engine fuse power, no power to turn on fuel pump (relay signal).
all relays have been checked / swapped, all fuses are ok,(in engine bay)
i suspect ECU?
any ideas?

fuseable links at battery ok, thats the 3 fuses mounted at positive terminal,
main EFI has gone, i agree, does it have signal from ECU to control it?
i have checked fuses and replaced relay at main efi and does not change,
still suspecting ECU,
i know it sends signal for pump,
dont know about charge, and main efi signal from ECU?
