    Default 4AGE 20v shallow electrode spark plug

    So we are running a lot of compression in the 20v, and the stock plugs are slightly interfering, does NGK or similar do a spark plug with an electrode that doesnt protrude as much? I heard there is, but looking for a part number, cheers!

    B=14mm
    K= 5/8" hex AND projected tip.

    to remove projected tip, you need BCR type..

    Ah ok, I thought it may have been the "E" which would need to be different, Ill have a look at those. How did you come by that information? Do you use them?

    E is 19mm thread reach. you don't really have any option on reach, except for maybe using washer between plug and head (like used to be done for "indexing" )

    I don't use em and have no idea, just going by the codes.

    here, NGK says BKR5EYA-11 or BKR5EIX-11 for iridium (edit, BKR is same as the old BCPR.. just the C and P are combined into K)
    NGK Spark Plugs Australia

    YA is special design V groove centre with 2.5mm insulator
    IX is high performance iridium

    no idea at all if they make a bcr in the type you need.

    i run bcpr6es in my 4age with a haltech. bcr6es is with the non projected tip. how much room do you need ? i think if you need that much youll need to use a washer under the plug and go up a heat range on the plug. but due to the amount of compression, you could probably leave the 6's in there.

    Yeah I might have to run the BCP's and then run a brass shim washer, im running 15:1 compression.
