    Exclamation Caldina ecu help

    Hi guys,
Just wondering if anyone knows of a plug and play ems for the st215 or if the st205 uses the same plug arrangement?

I have searched long and hard and haven't found a PNP unit for the Caldina. My understanding is the ecus are quite different to the Gen 3 but have no idea on pinout/plug arrangement etc ie Gen 4 runs Coilpack vs Dizzy so has different cams, high impedence vs low impedance injectors, higher compression etc.

Whatever happens the base map for the Gen3 PNP ecu is not even going to come close to running the car.

I'm not sure if this is relevant to the topic, but my brother installed a Mine's ECU into his ST215 Caldina about 6-months ago and it made a hell of a difference. It was completely plug-and-play and it only took a couple of days for the ECU to really settle itself in. Unfortunately they're as rare as hen's teeth these days, but if you can find one then it's a quick and easy mod that's sure to put a smile on your face.

The issue with the Mine's ecu is they aren't tuneable so are completely useless to anyone modding to the extent of Haynesie and my eventual plans.

JP made a plug and play loom for a Vipec ECU to suit a Caldina.
I'm pretty sure he used 1zz-fe connectors etc, but I'm also sure that no other ecu loom will work. And Also you will need different Auto to Manual ones.

Mines will program to your mods as well tho.... probably easier if the car was near a mines tuner tho
