but i think that we should put a heading as well , inviting other clubs
so if there is a problem all you have to do is show them the page that eddie has put up, and it should have your name or forum name

According to the rules i have, it needs to be run by a Club Plate certified club, and you need a flyer of the event, or calendar notice or other publication.

if CCC or TCCA have it as a club run, club members can attend, also non club members from another club that have been invited can attend.

if it's just a toymods run, or other web forum based run... need special use voucher.

There hasn't been a Club for many years, thus there are no Club events, under the eyes of VicRoads, other than those run by TCCA(V) and other certified Car Clubs.

i have been in touch with the people at the eltham glasshouse cafe
they are expecting us from 9 am onwards that gives us plenty of time to have brecky if you want
the car park is at the rear of the car wash ,enter where you see the combined sign for the car wash , the cafe and curves
PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY through this area as there are little kids walking through there as well
for those who are not quite sure where it is , from eltham its right next door to the 7 eleven on the left .
and from the research /warrandyte end , it is next door to the garden supplies on the right
