Dec 6th - Good ol' days cruise/meet/lunch

Ok crew, here's the deal. There's been much talk about a toymods cruise and catch up! So, here it is!


When: Sunday of December (Dec 6th).
What time: Meeting at 9.30am, ready for a 10am departure.

Start point: "The Glass House" - cafe - Main Street Eltham, There's a carwash next door to it, for those wanting to clean their rides prior.

Lunch: Approx. 12-12-30pm. "The Black Spur Inn" (aka Narbethong pub)

We will head back a different way, than the way up. Standby for full cruise route, with directions, distances and indicators. I will run it prior to suss all the finer points out. We will be eating at the Black Spur in, an phoning a head prior to give them a heads, so if possible post in the thread your level of interest. Those below have expressed interest already.

I must say that bringing a Falcon is bordering on being a dirty *%^*@$ with no friends... but if you make a genuine attempt to get the Crown there, then we'll let it slide. Just this once.

Regarding lunch at the pub - Ian, I'll speak to you during the week, but I think if we give them a heads up the week before that we are coming with approx numbers(don't worry about fixed meal options), they can tell us if they can accomodate us. If not I'll find a plan b BBQ spot.

Also, to try and make this cruise as slick as possible, if people who own cb radios could bring them, those combined with detailed maps and the fact there will be a bunch if us should mean we have minimal losses by lunchtime.

according to a vic roads guy that i spoke to all we have to do is print out any notification that has public access ,EG being this thread
and that satisfies the requirement it doesnt matter if your are a member if any particular club
but i think that we should put a heading as well , inviting other clubs
so if there is a problem all you have to do is show them the page that eddie has put up, and it should have your name or forum name
