There is probably some additive you can use with the coolant so it doesn't kill the pump... I seem to recall something about this during a discussion about using a fuel pump for water injection, can't remember if it was here or PF though?
Also I wonder if the hydro pump might move the coolant too fast?

Hmm, ta, I'll look into it.
Pump could move it too fast, but I can always control the PWM valve.
