Forced FAQ reading

Somthing else that might be able to be done.

If you can limit certain Sections from being read until you have either got the rep power or number of posts is it possible to make it such that when you first register the only thread you can view is an FAQ thread that contains links to other FAQ to give an insight to how the forum works and a junk thread for first post? Somewhere near the bottom of the FAQ page are instructions that you need to go to the other thread (or link to a hidden junk thread) post a "i have read FAQ' to gain 1 post count before the rest of the forum opens up?

It would make the FAQ/rule page required reading to gain the instructions to post in other areas.
