MA61 Auto to Manual conversion Help needed

Might sound stupid but i just done a swap, complete 5me/auto for a 5me/manual,
plugged it all in and changed the ECU and it will turn over and sorta start but only splutter near idle then stalls !!! what else do i need to change or do to fix, PLEASE HELP ??

hmm, I can't see there being much point in having changed ecus... Just ensure you don't have any post-afm vacuum leaks. Make sure the fuel pump is running (you can short the two pins on the yellow connector thats about 5-10cm away from the AFM plug which will make it run constantly..test purposes only!).
