If you're after the bolt guy, He goes by the name of "The Thread Doctor". Should be in the white pages.
If you broke it due to cross threading / siezing it will be hard to get out.
If it was just overtightened and broke, now that theres no stress from the head it should be quite easy to get out. Just soak it in wd40 then try to put a slot in it and wind it out.

if you can get a pin punch on to it, and tap it out....tap one side of the thread anticlockwise,
but if its threaded you have no choice but to redrill, retap
