If you run a graphite gasket, it kinda defeats the purpose of having an o-ringed block.
Run a thick copper head gasket and run more boost.
edit: providing rest of engine/setup can handle it.
Just wondering if anyone knows of anyone that has setup an external oil pump? I am considering it for my current 4A-GTE build. If so, how did one go about doing such a thing?
Also i have a o-ringed block, what gasket is recommended? I have been told to stay away from metal ones, and that a graphite one is the way to go?

go with copper gasket .
Alot of the top guys are steering away from o-rings these days as the steel gaskets work extremly well and dont come with the head fu#ks that o-rings will give.
