If so, according to the diagrams in the tech docs on the old site, they had both warning light and voltmeter.
On these vehicles the "L" pin goes to the warning light via the "charge" fuse.

Haha, that would explain a lotIt amazes me just how many things Toyota wanted to do...differently...on the 1GGTE because they could. I shall endeavour to check tonight to see if I am one of the lucky people.

Yeah, it is a slight ideosyncracy. The dash definately didnt have a warning light, but the L pin did go into the loom via a resistor. Thus simulating a warning light.Originally Posted by BradW
