Default Bit Stuck - Stud Pulled Out from Side of Polyurthane Spoiler

    Hey all,
I had a 3 piece spoiler resprayed a few weeks ago and unfortunately the spoiler seems to have been assembled while the paint was drying.

As a result the stud has fused to the nut and removing it has pulled out from a polyurthane side of the spoiler.

You can see that the thread of the stud had paint.

I am trying to find some way to reattach the stud into the spoiler (thinking an epoxy), bending the edge pieces back in using heat and then plastic welding the corners of the edge pieces to give strength.

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas on fixing it. Both sides have broke unfortunately.

The area behind the head of the bolt is closed off, so I could probably put a glue behind it quite easily

    See below:

hi, this is way out there, as i've used glue/poxy plastic welding. Nothing really works great.
Maybe try this if other suggestions dont work.
drill a hole and try this maybe.

Rough not here with a sand paper clean really well with wax and grease remover and export in a stud. Hopefully the threads of the stud will bite into the epoxy and not pull out
