RA28 Celica 3T-GTE engine identification help for sale

Hello everyone,
I purchased a RA28 project car some time ago and part of the deal included what i believe to be a 3TGTE turbo, twin spark engine.

Im not going to be using it as ive decided to stick with the twin cam non-turbo 18R-G. Im trying to confirm what it actually is before i put it on the market and anything that would be worth checking over.

It has the following numbers:
11411-28011 the block
11321-88220 front cover
11111-88280 head (Yamaha)

Story/history
It was rebuilt by a previous owner, while it was away a major hailstorm hit Brisbane unfortunately trashing the body. The engine was then sold to the person i bought my complete RA28 from. Its never been installed in a car or run. I have taken the front cover and cam cover off for inspection, everything is shiny and new looking. Turbo has toyota in the casting, injectors, fuel rail, intake manifold, alternator and some other parts are bolted on. An aftermarket EMS ECU also came with it(brand new).
It moves when i turn it via the front main pulley bolt so thankfully not seized up from standing around too long. Its definitely been in storage for years and moved house at least 3 times that i know of so the outer covers have some scratches/marks.

Any information to confirm what it is and if anyone could give some rough guesses as to market value it would be greatly appreciated. Have not found anything similar up for sale.

Use an external image hosting site and post the links here. Take pics of all you have that you are trying to identify/sell. Do you know any rebuild details? Standard rods/pistons? Overbore size? Specific parts used? These details will help with determining value of else it would have to be taken as a stock engine that may or may not be ok to fire up and use.
