For sure it is prefectly much, not much mods need to be done when you installing Ct26.
Make sure the turbo is not leak air / oil unless it wastes your money and time.
Reviving an old thread here rather than a new one,i have a CT26 twin entry turbo(GT4)which seems to be in great condition.
Now my details on my 1g;it is virtually stock with the exception of a Sard rising rate FPR,2.5 inch exhaust,FMIC,pod and thats about it.
At the moment i have a Hybrid T25/T28 that i constructed from various turbos,it comes on boost at 2800 but chokes a little up high in the revs due to small internal w/gate.
Would a larger w/gate alleviate this "choking"or perhaps Dremaling out int gate a bit more might help.
I suppose i am asking about the(CT26)and its boost delivery(when)and how much(roughly)power to expect from this turbo.
Do they need a restrictor in the oil line?
I know this is"old technology" but they still must be semi alright.

Does anyone have a part number or a car parts place to find a oil pressure sender unit to suit the 1g gen3?
What characteristics would my T25/28 hybrid display if i changed just the Turbine housing without changing the turbine itself (.49 A/R to .64).
