    Default 1.5jz advice

    Hi everyone
I'm lee I live in the uk and I'm struggling for any info on my conversion 😞
I have had my car 7 years now and only really driven it a hand full of times due to problems with buying dodgy bottom ends off ebay .

What it is I have now got a 2jzge bottom end and a 1jz head as there's no 1jz bottom ends about so I opt for a low millage ge bottom end. I used a 2jzgte head gasket to change the compression.
    I was using a safc when I had 440cc injectors in .
    but now I have changed to 550cc injectors from a 2jzgte 1.3 I think
Now everyone is saying that the safc won't work now as it will pull my timing out.
And that the compression will be well out and that I need to change to a thicker gasket.
I was looking into a aem f/ic but they all say no you need a hks v pro 3 but there's none about for sale.
I'm idle ing at around 14.7 and on a run its 14.7 15 to 13 and on boost 9-10s 😬
It's hard getting proper advice I no when I first put the 1jz in to my car wilbo helped me and what a guy he is the man 😎 thanks again wilbo 👍
    My car spec is
    2jzge bottom end
    1jz head
    2jzgte head gasket
    Skunk intake
Gt45 Chinese turbo 😞 but only till I fit my garrett
    550cc injectors
    Front mount intercooler
    .7 wastegate spring
    Alloy rad
    Twin fans
What do you recommend I should do as there's to many people telling me it's gonna be to high compression and I should change the gasket or Pistons .
What would you suggest I use to tune it I'm not after massive power I would just like to drive it this year and I have not got much time as we only get a couple of months of warm weather .
    Thanks in advance lee 👍😀

The only piggy backs or ecus I can get in uk are
    Greddy emanage blue or gold
    Aem f/ic
    Magasquirt standalone
    Hks 2.1
    That's about it

greddy emanage are ok but some people have issues, but it can at least control timing. standalone is what you really want for best results.

compression will be fine if you have used the turbo head gasket then the c/r will be under 9:1 (and people throw turbos on stock 2jz-ge engines that run more than that anyway)
just make sure you take it to a tuner that knows what they are doing.
