sorry to be a pain, but can somone please explain the procedure for bleeding air out of the cooling system to me so i make sure i do it right?
when i did it and started the car alot of air bubbles came out and eventually stopped.

my gut feeling is that you're bypassing the thermostat with your new heater setup, water is probably getting around the artificial blockage created by the thermostat and being cooled regardless of your intentions.
Are you getting warm air from the heater within 60-120 seconds? if so, then the heater tap isn't fully closing and/or you might have used the wrong ports on the thermostat housing to plumb in the heater.

Thanks for the dismantling guide. As the interior of the AE82 and RA60 are quite similar it should help me too![]()
