    Default 3SGE BEAMS/Haltech PS1000

    Hi guys

I have a BEAMS in my RA65 rally car and have been running it in standard trim with factory ECU.
Now i am about to fit ITB's and a stand alone ECU. My brother is a Haltech distributor with a dyno so it makes sense to go that way. Problem is i'm told the PS1000 will only control one cam variably (inlet) and one cam on/off. Would this be good enough? Anyone got any experience or ideas would be appreciated

    cheers Bruce

get the elite and control both cams.
but yes what you are saying I am led to believe is true.
couple notes ive seen, beau yates ran vvti on inlet only even thought it was a dual vvti head.
if you plan on changing to very aggressive cams you have to mechanically lock out vvti I am told.
