Hi all, just a reminder that the Toyotafest Drag racing night will be on tomorrow evening at WSID. If some of the cars at toyotafest were any indication then there should be some really cool vehicles out there!

I'm all packed and ready to go. I don't have ANDRA licence, harness etc so I'll be trying to go <10.99 on my first run lol

I havent had a chance to properly tune the adub so I will probably not run it. Don't want to make it go boom just yet. I'll still be there to spectate tho!

Your tune is so safe, I don't know how you could possibly break the motor anything short of a rod chuck.

Yeah you need to be there early, say 4:45 if your racing.

AS/NZS 1698 approved helmets are required (check the sticker)
Long sleeved shirts and pants, and enclosed shoes are required
Car needs to not be a complete shitbox if you want to pass scrutineering

All the best guys! Was hoping to come up for this, but have only put 200km on my new clutch.... probably not wise to go full launches yet haha.

i went but only did a few runs. didn't really plant it too hard and tried to take it somewhat easy but the result was a fairly pedestrian time. was fun though. Probably won't do it again, only wanted to see how hard it could go in a straight line (not bad, not overly quick though).

Was a decent night, normally you only get 2-3 runs in before 9PM but I could of managed 5.
Ran a 14.9 in the adub, not bad for a NA 4AGE that's not off its head.

Quicker than a MX5 and a GT86 too
