Default Searched through 12 pages on remove a Cressida bumper but didn't help

    Hi Folks
Can someone tell me how to remove the rear bumper on a S2 Grande MX83 please?

I have removed the 4 bolts under the plastic grommets in the boot, the 5 plastic retainers of the cover along the bottom and the rego lights and can see 2 white plastic whatsits inside both rear guards but whether I try to pull the bumper ends or cover out or rearward no joy? I don't want to bust anything and my factory Toyota manual body section doesn't even cover bumper removal. The bumper is moving about a little with the 4 bolts undone.

    Cheers and thanks.

You need to pull it off the side clips, slide in a cloth from top to bottom and pull outwards (should only need to come off a couple cm).

Once they are loose and you get the 4 bolts in the boot as you mentioned then it should just slide off. You shouldnt have to remove anything else, jsut watch out for the wiring for the number plate lights.
