If the CAS is the same, then yes. But I can't tell you, so that's not much help.
Alternatively, you could save yourself the grief of dealing with a computer with a fixed (only changeable by Microtech) CAS settings and get an actually decent computer at the same time.
I'll wave the Adaptonic flag. For about the same price as an LT10, you can get an E420d and they're are a much more capable computer. A highly capable programmable boost control output, being 1 of their very useful features!
The older E420c (which is what I have in 2 of my cars but 1 is still in project mode and the other has gone back into project mode) is also extremely capable and can be bought second hand for a great price. New looms are still available for them from Adaptronic. Damn near as capable as the E420d and the 440, but not quite. Most of the recent firmware upgrades include upgrades for the 420c, but not all.

    7MGTE or 7MGE?

If its GE it should work no worries.
If its GTE you'll need to use the 7MGTE coil packs and ignitor.

My last E420c I bought second hand via Toymods for $650 (maybe it was $600 ). I saw 1 on a Nissan forum (I can't remember how or why I ended up there ) for about $400.
There are 2 looms available. A 0.5 metre loom that you splice to your existing loom for $66 or the 2 metre loom that you use if you make a loom from scratch $99.

I am guessing that it will need to be re tuned to the 1ggte as well? Would it run on start up if it hasnt been re tuned? What else would I need to replacce to put one of these onto my car? Coil packs etc?
I am new to aftermarket computers and the hole modified scene even though I have had my car for ages just thinking about making it quicker
    thanks

Yes it would need a retune, but more specifically, it needs the Crank Angle Sensor settings so the computer knows where the engine is. Email Adaptronic, they may well have a base map that will provide the correct CAS settings for the computer.
Failing that, someone from the Adaptronic forum may have a base map. I got a base map for my Alfa Romeo V6 (Motronic 60-2 CAS) from a guy on the forum.
The base map will include things like calibration curves for the coolant and inlet air temperature sensors, give decent cold start enrichment, that sort of thing.

I don't know about the coil packs, they should be OK. The ignition module/igniter may be a problem, tho. I went straight to a conventional 'Dumb' ignition module when I converted my MR2, but I converted to distributorless ignition at the same time, so my single channel ignition module was redundant. It may have been usable, as it is triggered by the usual +5 volt signal. I'd suspect that the 1GGTE module would be the same.
