AW11 ball joints

Does anyone know what the front ball-joints of the AW11 are compatible with? I can get a listing for the rear ones, but Coventries don't list front ball joints for them. So if there's a more common car that they're interchangable with (and maybe the steering rod ends too?), it could make life soo much easier...
